  • Peterborough PCT Conduct Complaint
    3Well Medical has asked the CCP to assess whether Peterborough PCT has acted inconsistently with the Principles and Rules for Cooperation and Competition. 3Well Medical has alleged that Peterborough PCT has failed to act consistently with Principles 1, 2 and 5 in relation to the possible reconfiguration of primary care services in the Peterborough area (including the possible closure of the Alma Road Primary Care Centre operated by 3Well Medical).

  • North Yorkshire and York PCT and York Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Conduct Complaint
    Assura East Riding LLP has asked the CCP to assess whether North Yorkshire and York PCT and York Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust have acted inconsistently with the Principles and Rules for Cooperation and Competition. Assura East Riding LLP has alleged that North Yorkshire and York PCT and York Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust have failed to act consistently with Principles 1, 2 and 5 in relation to the procurement of an orthopaedics, musculoskeletal clinical assessment, triage and treatment service at a loss-making price.

  • South Staffordshire and Shropshire NHS Foundation Trust Conduct Complaint
    Midlands Psychology has asked the CCP to assess whether South Staffordshire and Shropshire NHS Foundation Trust has acted inconsistently with the Principles and Rules for Cooperation and Competition. Midlands Psychology has alleged that South Staffordshire and Shropshire NHS Foundation Trust's conduct following the award of a contract by South Staffordshire PCT to Midlands Psychology for the provision of Autistic Spectrum Disorder services has made it more difficult for Midlands Psychology to provide services to patients under the contract.

  • East Midlands Conduct Complaint
    Nottingham Care Association, Derbyshire Care Home Association and Lincolnshire Care Association have asked the CCP to assess whether each of the PCTs: Nottingham City; Nottinghamshire County; Derby City; Derbyshire County; and Lincolnshire; have acted inconsistently with the Principles and Rules for Cooperation and Competition.

    Medical Services (a division of Lewis Day Transport plc) has asked the CCP to assess whether NHS Blackpool (on behalf of the PCTs of the North West Strategic Health Authority) has acted inconsistently with the Principles and Rules for Cooperation and Competition in its purchasing of non-emergency patient transport services contracts from North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust.
